Full time / 32-40 hours per week

Who are you?

  • MBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics or technical
    work preparation.
  • Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, preferably with
    rental processes.
  • Technical insight and affinity with maintaining materials and
    equipment.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
    tasks at the same time.
  • Do you have a good command of the Dutch and English language;
  • Flexible, stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
  • Living in the Amsterdam – Zaandam region
  • You have your own transportation

Main Responsibilities

1. Rental Work Preparation

  • Prepare rental items for shipment, including
    checking for completeness, technical condition and making materials ready for use.
  • Compiling orders for rental, ensuring that all required
    items are available on time.
  • Coordinating inspections, maintenance and repairs of
    rental items to meet quality standards.

2. Logistical coordination

  • Planning daily transports in collaboration with the
    project managers and/or external carriers.
  • Consulting with customers and internal departments to inventory specific
    requirements and offer logistical solutions.
  • Monitoring delivery times and ensuring timely return of
    rental items.

3. Administration and inventory management

  • Register incoming and outgoing goods in the
    system and ensure accurate inventory registration.
  • Enter and process rental orders in the system.
  • Signal inventory shortages and order supplies in a timely manner.

What are you going to do?

For the coming season we are looking for a Warehouse Employee and
Work Preparation Rental. You will work with us and ensure that the logistical
processes in the warehouse run smoothly and that rental items, such as
payment terminals, are prepared on time and correctly for delivery to our
clients.

Your working days are mainly from Monday to Friday, during
office hours. Due to seasonal pressure, this may change in exceptional cases
but we have a favorable time for time management.
