(Junior) Event Project Manager

To expand our team, we are immediately looking for a (junior) Project Manager who forms the link between our clients and internal teams.

Your role as (junior) Event Project Manager
As Project Manager you are responsible for the successful management of our cashless projects from A to Z. You are the contact between clients, suppliers and our internal team, ensuring a flawless implementation of our payment solutions before, during and after the events and also taking advantage of commercial opportunities. You are part of both the technical and operational team.

  • Experience in project management, preferably in the event, technology or payment sector is a plus.

  • You have a driving license B

What will you do?

  • Project management: You will supervise multiple events simultaneously, from the initial customer request to the completion of the event and provide set-up, dismantling and on-site support during the event.
  • Planning and coordination: You will draw up project plans and monitor deadlines, budgets and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: You will coordinate with our technical and operational departments to ensure that projects run smoothly.
  • Aftercare and evaluation: After an event, you will evaluate the results together with the customer and our internal teams, with the aim of continuous improvement.
